German Hefeweizen and I made it.

My German Hefeweizen is finally ready to drink and I was shocked when I tasted it.
It tasted great. It tasted just like I remembered German Hefeweizen tasting. I never thought I could make beer that good. The others I've made were good but I never had anything to compare to since this is the first clone I made. That one bottle of Hefeweizen made the work all worth it for me.

Good job. I think all of us probably felt that way after tasting our first few. Probably why we are all still doing this!!!
