I'd like to keg a dubbel that I've been largrring in the fridge after primary fermentation. I'd like to reuse the yeast cake but also want to try use gelatin to clear the beer as much as possible.
1. Should I transfer before adding gelatine
2. How long does the gelatine need to be in the beer before kegging
3. Do I need to take something into account for yeast as I need to add sugar for priming as I can't add co2 on the keg (not a corny) I'm using
How much gelatine for 5 gallons?

Look up what the Brulosophy folks do. They have done several exbeeriments on gelatin fining and describe their process in detail, will answer all you questions. You don't need to transfer and still use your yeast, 1/2 tsp in half cup water, beer will still carb, not all yeast will drop, and add at 50F then drop over a couple days close to 32.
