Thanks much. I'm clearing with gelatin for the first time in a couple days and want to get it "exactly perfectly right". And since your picture of your beer is right now sitting as example #1 of "exactly perfectly right" in my head I figured I'd ask.

I like metric, too, but my kitchen is stocked with 'Murican stuff.

Thanks for the beer compliments. I do like bright clear beer. That was a very tasty ESB. Need to make another soon.

No, thank you and the post was very useful.

And if you want to try a different ESB I highly suggest "Bit R Done" from the recipe section. It is always in one of my two taps as a "house" beer.

Perfectly right?

2/3 cup water, full packet, heat to 155°, stir, dump.

Seems to be working well for me... full packet just because I don't like little half packets of crap sitting around. Clears up within a day, 2 at most.
