Hello everyone,
long time reader first time poster, Im an Australian living in Quebec Canada. Love getting info off this site so i thought now i have some brewing experience under my belt its time to contribute.
I started brewing with coopers cans then moved into extract and partial mash and have recently built myself an all grain brewery in my basement and i'm having better then expected results. Im lucky to have a nice brew shop which stocks locally malted and imported barley and we are in a hops producing region here so fresh ingredients are no problem.
My favourite beers are, IPA, oatmeal stout, trapist, english brown and german wheat.
