Gased keg?

If I gas a keg, can I leave it off the gas while I drink the other keg so it is ready to go when I need it!??

Yes. Better then that go ahead and prime the keg.

What do you mean by gas the keg?

If you hook it up to gas long enough for the co2 to get into solution you can then unhook it and it will stay carbonated.

If you hook it up for a few minutes then unhook it will be sealed but not carbonated.
