It's just canned CO2. It would only be useful if you open a bomber and don't want it to oxidize after you seal it back up. Beer would still go flat though.

You'd be better off getting a 5lbs CO2 tank, it be cheaper in the long run.


Edit: sorry, was searching through unreads and didn't notice this was in winemaking. It would help keep a partial bottle of wine from oxidizing over night. It would still be cheaper to have a 5lb tank, maybe not as convenient though.
