Gas Preserver

What do people think about usng gas presever?

I came accross this below. this did actually cross my mind weeks ago thinking this would be usefull. Do others use this or something like it?

It's just canned CO2. It would only be useful if you open a bomber and don't want it to oxidize after you seal it back up. Beer would still go flat though.

You'd be better off getting a 5lbs CO2 tank, it be cheaper in the long run.


Edit: sorry, was searching through unreads and didn't notice this was in winemaking. It would help keep a partial bottle of wine from oxidizing over night. It would still be cheaper to have a 5lb tank, maybe not as convenient though.
