Hey fellow brewers.
I have just purchased a few 60l stainless steel pots.
I'm probably only going to do 30l batches for now but now I need to buy some gas burner rings.
I want to heat the water reasonably fast, say no more than 20mins.
Do you know what type of burner I should buy?
Is 43000btu strong enough to do this or should I go for the 60k?
