Gamma Seal o-ring?

i think i ruined my o-ring by pasturizing my fermenter...want to try and replace it to get my bubbles back, but the one listing on ebay wants $7?

anyone know the right keywords to search for?

So you use a gamma lid on your fermenter? You can buy the whole lid with seal for about that price at Lowes. Where I got all mine.

just got the tip to use a 50lb vittels vault for a 10 gallon fermentor! worked good first batch, but i think when i fill it with 185f water and screw on the lid it f'd up the o-ring. now it seems tight, but i didn't get any bubble music to listen too

and i got a brix of 6.1, and with a OG of 1.064 BS2 tells me it's 1.000, so it's done in 3 days, there should have been some serious airlock activity!

i was hoping to find the o-rings for like 30 cents or something.....

i just tried that, good idea, but same price for just one instead of two, gave me the idea to order 4 of the $2 pairs, and get 8 of them for $15, so $1.90 a piece to my door....

thanks for the response! i ordered similar from ebay, but i think the seal under the lid, in the clamp on ring is what failed on me...i upgraded to stainless milk cans with silicone seals.....
