This is one of my most brewed beers. Many people love it, one friend said it was the best beer he has ever had! My cousin (who doesn't drink beer) even liked it and she thought I had infused grapefruit juice into it. A homebrew shop requested the recipe so he could make kits and market them.

I cold crash for a few days at the end and add gelatin which makes it very clear.

The carapils, do you mash or steep it? You weren't clear about it. Also do you dry hop in secondary?

Mash all grains including Carapils.
I don't use a secondary on this one, just chill, throw the dry hops in, pour in Gelatin and bottle 3-7 days later.

I attached a PDF recipe that is easier to read

So I brewed this to recipe exact minus gelatin and got this hazy beast. I dont quite know what happened to produce this outcome, tastes great though.
