My fermentation was very aggressive I needed to put a blow off hose on after 24 hours. Wort and yeast probably got on the brew hauler straps during the fermentation blow over and most likely when I filled it. I had wiped it down with a starsan soaked rag but the straps may have retained some wort. Anyhow this is my first time fermenting in my chest freezer using a stc 1000 and a lasko my heat ceramic heater. Ive noticed alot of condensation build up. And placed a towel in the bottom to soak up any that runs down. This also the first time using the brew hauler straps. It's been 2 weeks and this is the first I've seen the fuzzy growth which I assume to be mold. I had a spray bottle of starsan and went to town on the carboy and straps and walls of freezer to hopefully kill it off. Airlock is in place and there is still starsan in it so I would like to assume my beer is safe. Should I leave it for another week as planned (was going to bottle Saturday and skip a secondary) or should I pull it out and do a thorough cleaning and sanitizing of the freezer, carboy and brew hauler straps and possibly transfer to a secondary?
