Funny first time cider story

[Alchemy]

Was back sweetening a gallon out of my 4 gallons of maple cider while on the phone and saw that the honey I used was stuck to the bottom so I plugged the jug and proceeded to shake while not paying any attention.

Much to my shock the plug went flying out of my hand and cider sprayed everywhere, in my eyes, on my phone, up my nose....all my brother heard was a lot of profanity as I dropped the phone and then maniacal laughter from my girlfriend as she came to see what the commotion was.....

But tastes like a Pinot gregio for some reason, maybe it needs some aging?
