I looked into Dogfish Head when they were looking for a brewer. It was in the mid 20's. I didn't bother. Maybe if I was in my early 20s!
 
Yeah its not much at all. I don't want to list an exact amount but its in the upper 20k range. Personaly I'm happy about it though since I am only 27 and single with a roommate and its more than I'm making now at Texas Instruments. Being a brewer is a labor of love. Its not about making a lot of money or being famous.

+1 on that. If I were single and didn't have a mortgage, I'd do it too!
