Fruity Pebble Cream Ale

I was floating around Instagram today and saw the below post. Messaged them and said was basic cream ale recipe with 20% of fermentables fruity pebbles. Anyone try something like this? What is good basic cream ale recipe I can substitute this in with?

FWIW, this sounds like a waste of both Cream Ale and Fruity Pebbles. Whatever blows your hair back, I guess.
