I just racked my 5g batch of citra IPA onto two lbs of frozen then thawed fresh mango. Anyone have any experience on how long I need to leave this in the secondary to get a bit of mango flavor and the aroma out? I also added some more citra for dry hop (going for the tropical, complimentary hops). I'm getting a small amount of new fermentation as well.
