Fruit Cake Cider AKA Christmas Cake Cider

Hello everyone,

I just finished this recipe and I think it turned out really well! I would still add in a little more vanilla to smooth it out a little more. I've also thought that I could possibly do a mini mash with oats to help smooth out the texture a bit, but obviously that would make it a hybrid. Anyway I would love to hear back suggestions and feed back though. What do you think?
