I've added puréed fruit to secondary then the beer on top of that. Should I stir it up slowly so not to oxidize the beer or let the fruit sit on the bottom like trub?

Leave it alone. The yeast will search out the sugars and mix it up for you.

Two weeks in the bottle and 3 days in the fridge. Just sampled the Mango Blonde. Pretty we'll balanced with the hops. Definitely taste the mango. Wife likes it so it's a win win
