Frozen Star-San, still good?

Found about a gallon of Star-san I had left outside the other day. It was frozen solid when I brought it inside. After thawing, it still looks ok. Not that it's a big loss to throw it out, but i hate to just waste it if it's still good. Anyone know anything about this?
 
Just shooting in the dark here but I believe that it's the pH that matters. If you have any testing strips make sure it's still acidic.
 
I don't have any way to test the ph. I usually use it until it's gone, or cloudy. Or has has so many floaties that I throw it out based on ick factor.
