just wanted to introduce myself to these forums, which as a beginner i have found immensely helpful. i am very new to homebrewing, i am about to bottle my first batch today (a wit which seems to be progressing nicely judging by visuals, hydrometer readings and a recent taste) which was all extract, and am starting a hefewiezen and IPA partial mash this week. so far ya'll have been helpful in answering my questions and i appreciate it!
