I found already a lot of wisdom on this forum.
The last bottle of my first brew (Black Rock IPA dry-hopped with Amarillo and Cascade) is finished since yesterday. Still amazed that you can make such good beer yourself.
Second brew is bubbling since today. Also Black Rock IPA. Will dry-hop with Amarillo, Cascade and Chinook this time.
Until my second batch is ready, I will drink store bought, which is good because all Belgian beers are widely available in Holland.
Hoping to learn a lot on HBT, and already looking at the BIAB method.
