Hi.
I'm from Italy and here we usually use plastic buckets (with spigot) as fermenter.
In Italy I think 99% of homebrewers have never seen a carboy.
We usually use demijohn for wine.
Now I've found a store in my city that sell glass carboy.
I've read many articles about pro/cons glass carboy.
Is it possible to bottle directly from carboy? Autosiphon?
