So I picked up a mini-fridge from CL today and the guy had it plugged in and it seemed to be working. Well I get it home and plugged in and the freezer portion works I should state that it is a seperate freezer from the fridge meaning that it is like a real fridge in mini it is a magic chef brand. What I am wondering is what is up with the thing I figure if the freezer is working and it is quite cold I may add that the compressor and coolant is ok and that if a line was broken somewhere none of it would work. I have taken the thermostat control out of it and can take a picture if that would help at all. I am wondering if the end of the thermometer probe that is connected to the thermostat is dirty or if I need a whole new thermostat but 1 thermostat controls both fridge and freezer. Any help would be great.
