So I guess it would hold half as much to store the air?

Seems...weird, not a bad weird just a weird as in I can't figure out if I like the idea or hate it

Interesting, I don't see why half the tank would need to be empty, it just basically has a built in Co2 tank and regulator. (it seems to me)

these are the prices I was quoted . You can email them and they will respond rather quickly .

3.85 gal / 15.0 litre freshKEG RR with Draught fitting & built in gas chamber = $127.50
2.95 gal / 11..3 litre freshKEG RR with Draught fitting & built in gas chamber = $122.50

freshKEG, Stainless steel Tap = $57.00
freshKEG Preset regulator = $33.45
freshKEG draft/sanky 'T'coupler = $35.20

They are pricey . I was looking into new 1/2 kegs they were reasonable at 135 $

Franconia brewery uses these and the beer store says the customers are happy, no pumping, nice, even co2 pressure, all in once package.

that is pricey but still very cool concept, good for bringing it to parties and not having to worry about regulators or tanks. May want to get one, tapper is reasonable price for the style.

I forget but I know it was more than the usual $30, but that makes sense because it includes everything but the bucket of ice.

Not when you consider purchasing a brand new 3 gallon Corny Keg is $120 and in addition you need a Co2 tank and regulator.

Anyone who has used them: Any issues with filling them from a corny?

I wouldn't think so but I thought I would ask.

Yes you need a sankey tap to fill it. But sankey taps have one way valves in them. So you need to remove the valves as you are putting beer in the out port. You clean them about the same way. I put water and sodium percarbonate in it then dispense it out via the included tap. This way I clean all of it at once.

i m using the freshkeg 2,95gal with my friend we are very happy.i am wondering if i connect it with sankey coupler and use CO2 from my draft system it will be problem?
