Hi everyone
I put my carboy in chest in order to finning by gelatin. Unfortunately because of a problem in thermostat, my beer was frozen 🤦🏻‍♂️. It is defrosted now. Is it okay now or I should threw away it? Next steps will be finning by gelatin and then bottling and carbonation by sugar. Will carbonation happen after this unwanted freezing?

It'll be fine. Carbonation might take a bit longer than normal though.

You can add yeast at bottling if you want to be sure - hydrate some dried yeast in 10 times its weight in cool boiled water, and add 1mL of the yeasty water to each bottle.
