Free Keg with 1 Gallon of Pop Tops???

I've heard this rumor around but have you guys ever done it or heard about it? If you fill a 1 gallon jug with pop tops some liquor stores will give you a free keg.

I doubt it, you can buy tons of those things for next to nothing on Ebay. I remember filling up garbage bags full for a project in grade school...

Though maybe the teachers......
