I actually drove by just after 11 as I had to pick up some packages downtown and saw a big ass line. Nope.

Went to 8 Degrees and bought hops instead. No regrets.

When I had this on tap previously I really dug it.

But a couple other mothership series non-ba have been ho hum.

Not nearly as nice as GR for sure. Not very inspiring or cool. Hopcat has a much nicer vibe, IMHO. JP too.

Agreed. The Hopcat and JP spots in Detroit are great, and infinitely better than their spots in Royal Oak.

lol @ RO. Yeah, not been. Don't plan on venturing into that pool.
With the spots in midtown I rarely venture off I-75 past 94.

I will say that, as a local, I really like the idea of the Mothership series. I hope they wise up regarding limits on those bottles, but the concept itself is great. I'm a big believer in rewarding locals.
