Nice kettle.

A 10 gallon kettle is great for 5 gallon BAIB batches, you won't have any problem making as big a beer as you want (10% - 15%.) If you ever want to brew 10 gallons you'll need the 15 gallon kettle.

Not sure if this one works with induction, as long as a magnet sticks to it you'll be good to go.

Cheers.

If you're asking the question already, get a 15 gal kettle. I use that size for 5 gal batches, and I've never said, "Gee, I should've gotten a smaller pot."

I use a 12.5 gallon kettle for 5 gallon batches. I would definitely encourage anyone to buy a much bigger kettle than they need. I don't have to worry about boil overs etc.

The only consideration is that bigger kettle = bigger bag, so just keep that in mind.

I started with a 10 gal polarware pot about 15 years ago and it's still being used for 5 gal batches by a buddy of mine that is just getting into it. I built a single tier stand and used keggles for either 5 or 10(12) gal batches but not really needed for 5 gal. That polarware pot is still like new.
10 gal pot is plenty of extra room for a 5 gal batch.
Good luck!
