Forgot to dump out idophor - ruined batch?

I just realized that after cleaning and rinsing my carboy, I sprayed it down with idophor and then forgot to dump it out before racking. There was only about a cup of 1:1000 solution in there... trying to decide if it's ruined or not... or if it's toxic to drink?

I'm guessing an ~5 gallon batch, right?

Check out the article that GenIke posts. It's a bit of a read but will really put your mind at ease. Scientific method followed to a 'T'. Afterwards RDWHAHB!
