I’m mid mash and realized I forgot to add gypsum (4g) calcium chloride (1.6g) and epsom (2.7g). Can/ should I go in late? Lost opportunity or better late than never?

Too late to advise you now, but hopefully you did add the salts. It would have helped optimize pH for whatever time you had left. And you could have extended the mash as well. Plus those ingredients do ultimately impact the finished beer. So better late than never!

P.S. That seems like a lot of epsom salt for a 10L batch. Plus a lot of gypsum already, so rather high SO4 and Mg.
