As the post said I forgot to add my irsh moss during my boil, when i realized it I just added it to the primary... What difference will this make in the beer?

None.

Like literally none. If needs to be boiled to work.

This isn't a problem. It won't HELP your beer, but it also won't hurt it. As robtotten says, add gelatin if it's too hazy for you after if ferments. The irish moss is supposed to help with chill haze and regular haze. Without it, your beer will be a bit hazier.

I haven't added Irish Moss to any of my brews for over a year now and haven't noticed any ill-effects in terms of cloudiness, etc.

You are screwed. Lol j/k. Others have said this pretty well already, just use finings if you are concerned with clerity. I am a picky brewer and prefer my beer to be crystal clear, I get a lil annoyed if I forget the moss.
