So I added the LME and was supposed to add the bittering hops when the boil started but 45 minutes later realized I forgot. I threw them in and continued to boil for another 45 minutes. I finished the brew and it 's sitting the the fermenter. Is my beer ruined?

you can't really over boil the extract (as far as I know), so you just wasted those first 45 minutes and that is all. Beer will be fine!

Thanks for the reply. I feel better now that I didn't waste my whole night!
 
Volume might be a bit lower because of the longer boil, but that just means higher ABV. ;)

If you boiled an extra 45 minutes your OG will definitely be higher since you've boiled off more than usual.
You'll get a higher abv, I'm sure.
