Hey guys,
I'm about to force carb my american wheat into a keg on Monday. My normal carbing process for my IPAs, were
Crank psi to 30, roll keg on the ground for 4-5 min and then purge the co2, then Set psi to 12 and let It sit over night.
What would be different for a wheat beer? Should I use the same process? Any help would be great... Thanks
