So I put a big batch of my IPA in the kegerator to cool and carb. It was 36 degrees. Checked it a day later to find that it stopped cooling and needs a pretty expensive repair (leaking coil). I have since finished the forced carb I started (warm) using the zahm chart and am ready to get this stuff into bottles.

What's the best approach? I know that in order to keep the co2 in solution I need to chill it back down. Ice in a trash can is the method I am looking at. Anyone out there have any tips, thoughts or ideas they would like to share? Never done this before and really don't wana screw it up!

Thanks in advance!
