I have a dilemma, a good one, but a dilemma. Santa brought me a brand new, two tap kegerator for Christmas (I didn't think I was that good). I have a few gallons of stabilized, aged mead that I think would be even better carbed. I know I can force carb them now, but I'd also like to bottle at least some of it for portability and to share.

Is is possible to force carb a stabilized, still mead and THEN bottle it and keep it for any length of time?

Thank you!

Glenn

^^^ This... Exactly how I bottle off the keg. I like all my meads at least petilent...that little bit of carbonation helps bring some aroma out while drinking, and I think makes a better mouthfeel...
