Great forum...great info.
First batch finished saturday....had a few fermentation questions but a few clicks of the mouse and I think I'm all set.
Oh, I'm Bob from upstate New York...Saratoga area. Look forward to kegging this first batch as I recently "aquired " a half dozen ball lock corny's.
Planning another batch this weekend...maybe 2.
Sticking to LME for now but I'm sure I will take the plunge to all grain soon..or at least give it my best effort.
