Have you ever had one of those moments where you want to scream FML for all to hear? You know, those moments where there's no going back? Let's hear it.

I just realized that the temperature probe that I use for mashing reads 20F too high. I've been mashing at 129F for the last three batches now........FML

No big deal if your og was close and it fermented.

Want to talk fml? I had to get up at 10am this morning

Still a little less than 20F (like 15). Thats how I discovered the problem yesterday.
 
I have had 2 almost identical thermometers made by Taylor that were 10 degrees off. I just marked -10 on it with a marker to remind me not to rely on the reading. Haven't had any trouble since.
