Several Months ago tried making Blackberry wine out of the welches black berry juice. After couple months sitting I figured it was going to just finish sweet so I corked it.
Well I was waken two days ago being hit by a cork and the sound of wine pouring on the floor and noticing one had already popped earlier. now yesterday one more popped. They are now sitting in the snow to try and stop the carbonating. Amy I the only one that has been this brain dead letting this happen.

It is fermenting in the bottle, either get it back into a carboy to finish fermenting, or get the bottles in a really cold place to slow down the fermentation and start dinking them fast!
In the future, it is always better to ferment to dry and back sweetening after stabilizing the wine with meta and sorbate.
