The temps will range from 60-68F.

Will they still carbonate eventually?

Or is the 70-72F range essential?
 
They will carb eventually but will take a week or two longer than normal. Which is perfectly fine. Not worth the hassle/energy to keep at 70 if your house is in the 60's.

Yep. It'll happen in the mid to upper-60's. Be prepared to give them more time.
