I got a used corny keg in a deal but is missing a dip tube. I could get a standard rigid tube, but considering one of the Clear Beer floating dip tubes with the screen over the pick up inlet. I thought this may be a good time to try one considering the situation, but is it worth double the expense ($17 compared to $34) to experiment. Some of my hoppier beers have more vegetal trub that takes a few pints to clear with a standard rigid tube drawing from the bottom.

Just looking for feedback......

It's worth it. I make NEIPAs and would have hop matter in every pour. With Clear Beer, almost nothing for the entire keg.

^^^^same here. I noted they now come with a screen over the input port which should help too.
