as you know many companys now provide Flavoured malt beverage and from what i read they used beer base fermentation and then filter that to remove the flavore and color .

do you know what type of filter they used and what is the size of filter micron they use to achive that ?

i know many people will say just do a hard selzter thing but i don't want go with Sugar base fermentation

Go 50/50 pilsner and rice, (cooked first) add some amylase enzyme, a sake or lager yeast, and it will ferment dry, and there won't be any much flavor or color to get rid of.
