I am new to home brewing. My batches have turned out well. I have been doing kits and recipes I have found online. I am looking for resources to read that will teach me about flavor profiles of grains, malts, and hops. Does anyone know where I can get this info?

There is plenty of info here on HBT but you can also just Google malt and hop profiles. Many pages will come up
