I’m at a bit of a loss. I brewed up an Altbier, sat in the primary for 11 days and was done fermenting. Bottled it with the same process I use for every beer, including using carb drops for ease of use, let them sit 3+ weeks in the house at 69 degrees to carb up. Since that 3+ weeks have passed, I’ve had four of them over the past couple weeks. One was carbed perfectly, three have been essentially flat. I don’t get it. Any thoughts?

Possible. I didn’t notice much difference in resistance in prying them off. However, I can tell if it’s flat as soon as I pry the top off. Either I get that satisfying sound of pressure release or I don’t.

same bottles, same caps, same capper as usual.
