Hey all, I need some advice,
I recently brewed a malt extract Irish Stout, and unfortunately I ran out of caps (yeah, I know.. i'm still new). So, I filled up 4 large 24 oz. bottles, I put a used wine cork and a bunch of tape and sealed them, or so I thought. After two weeks, I opened one of them and it was completely flat.
I haven't opened the other 3 bottles yet, but I'm sure they're probably the same.
Is there a way to fix the other 3 beers, or will I have to pour them down the drain?
I do have plenty of caps now, so should I add a little bit of sugar and cap them? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks again for your help!
