Fixed cooling coil in boil kettle?

Following on from my thread about automating a tiny brewery I wondering about having a cooling coil in the kettle throughout the boil. As the kettle is small both it and any fitted coil would go straight into the dishwasher for cleaning.

Do any members boil with the cooling coil in place?
Are you able to see any disadvantages?

The worth of this arrangement depends on automating the addition of hops and ProFlock as I can add it manually if I'm making an addition.

As long as the dishwasher routinely gets everything clean, it's fine.
