Fitting 1" item to 1.25" hole?

Hey everyone,

I have a brew kettle with a 1.25" hole drilled in the side. I want to attach some kind of whirlpool arm to it. I found this one but it says to drill a 1" hole.

Does anyone know how to make it work with my larger hole? Or an alternative? I don't know much about fittings....

A 1.25" hole is designed for a 1" NPT threaded nipple. I haven't personally looked for options for you, but with this information, I am sure you can find a solution. Good luck!

You could solder a tc port to that hole:
