I brewed a batch of Denny's rye IPA yesterday and used this yeast for the first time.
I pitched it at 1 pm, saw some krausen forming by 9 pm and it was burping every five seconds this morning at 7 am. Weirdly the burps were 4 or 5 very close together followed by a 5 second pause and 4 or 5 burps close together with another 5 second pause, over and over.

I have used it a few times in the last year and am a big fan! It attenuates very well and is quick to start up. I absolutely loved the aroma from the primary with this stuff. It will be a staple in my yeast bank.

I recently did a batch of Yoopers Oatmeal Stout with it and love it.
I've also made Denny's Rye a few times and love this yeast with it as well as just about any IPA or Pale.

The bubbles, pause, more bubbles seems totally normal. It just means that co2 is not being created so fast that there is a constant bubbling. It bubbles, lowers the pressure, it builds a little and bubbles - repeat.

Love that yeast, have some in my frozen yeast bank. Time to make a recipe to use some.
