Made first homebrew on July 26. It is a Muntons Continental Pilsner. I just followed the instructions, with the exception of leaving it in the primary fementor longer. It a no boil recipe. I just wanted something easy to try, and this kit was extremely easy and quick. I would've bottled it after a week per instructions, but after lurking here a while, i decided to wait about three weeks. Today, I opened the fermenter, and after getting past the yeast smell, it looked exactly like beer. Probably bottling Sunday depending on sg.., something else I learned on here. Og was 1043, reading today is 1012, for those that seem to ask.
