I recently did a dead guy kit and couldn't find any pacman yeast, so I decided to harvest my own. I had a couple of their 09 Russian imperial stouts, so I made a starter with those. then I went and bought a hazelnut brown and Shakespeare stout just to be safe because the stouts were so old..the starter took off fine and I stepped it up twice. everything seemed okay...but being my first time harvesting, I am just worried I may have caught an infection. it looks fine but I haven't ever seen yeast settle like this brew has. the yeast seem to be sticking to the side of the carboy in a weird spotty pattern. is this normal?

the first picture is the krausen about 3 days in, then the second 2 are about a week or so in when the yeast started settling. I checked it earlier today (about 2 weeks in) and the krausen is gone but the yeast are still stuck to the side. I have had this set at a constant 59-60 for the last 2 weeks. I am planning on dry hopping this week..just wanted a little reassurance that this was normal. I haven't used pacman before so I'm hoping it's just the yeast. sorry for the ramble..im out of town trying to type this on my cell phone. thanks for the help!
