I just bottled.my.first cider. It was delicious even without carbonation. I used Nottingham yeast with four gallons of apple juice, pound of crystal 10 and half pound chocolate malt. It is supposed to be an a recipe from this site. Apple bee. Of was 1.048 and CFC was1.007. Everything went well. Thank you cider forum experts.
