My first beer is still in the carboy. Scottish Ale! Since brew day almost two weeks ago, I've learned so much from 3 books and this forum, I feel like a vetran brewer already! Almost ready to to an all grain batch! Going for the Samuel Smith Oatmeal Stout clone. Mmmmm......
